An extensive renovation was completed recently including hardwood floors in bedrooms and Taj Mahal granite counters in the kitchen and at the BBQ. Following, C101 was also re-decorated with fresh light colors in a comfortable and casual contemporary style. This is one of the "swankiest" rental villas within Wailea Beach Villas with quality art and furnishings. Within C101 there is a full kitchen with abundant equipment and supplies, a bar counter, three full bedroom suites with 4 beds (King, Queen/Queen, King), and three and a half bathrooms.

The great room is an oversized communal gathering space with seamless indoor outdoor flow, with an extra-large L shaped plush sofa, 8 person dining table indoors, an outdoor covered BBQ grill with fridge, and patio lounging and dining furniture.

Entertainment is available in the great room via a large wall-mounted television with streaming capabilities, DVR digital cable box, a speaker system, HD television programs, and complimentary access to Netflix programs. Guests are welcome to also stream their own accounts and favorite shows. Each bedroom also provides a large TV, HD cable box, Netflix access, and streaming access.

Housekeeping Services

Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate.

Reservations with inclusive housekeeping receive the following assistance per housekeeping service:

Change bed sheets and pillow cases, re-make beds, launder linens off-site
Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish toiletries
Remove trash/garbage
Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site

Beach & Ocean Access

Stroll down past the water features and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach. Also at the beach access is the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak, paddleboard, and sometimes surf or boogie board when the waves are up! You can also join an outrigger canoe for a group paddling adventure, or board a sailing outrigger, for "Hawaiian-style" recreation. The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you. Towel, umbrella, chaise lounge, and water service are included complimentary. In addition to the chaise lounges around the pool areas, there are partially covered complimentary-use chaise lounge chairs tucked here and there into the garden at the beach.

In addition to its own private cold splash plunge pool, Pacific Paradise Pool Villa C101 is perfectly situated in close proximity to both to the beach and the resort's adult-use pool and spa. It's a short distance upslope to the family pool and spa too. Both pools have attendants and are heated with a relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention.

Outdoor Spa

There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds, including one just steps from your private elevator.

Air Conditioning

All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the great room doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.
Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.

Pacific Paradise Pool Villa has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outside on the spacious, private ocean view terrace.

There is a rectangle shaped natural wood indoor dining table which seats up to eight guests, as well as four bar stools at the kitchen island. There is outdoor dining on the lovely ocean view outdoor private terrace for four to six guests.

Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

The gym features Matrix brand bicep pull, leg press, lat pull-down, chest press, leg curl and multi machine with free weights, resist-a-ball and mats. Additionally, there are 2 Peloton bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 elliptical trainers and 1 recumbent bike - each Matrix brand with TV screens. Showers and lockers at the Upper Family Pool. Standard Amenities: Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included: Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include: Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.
Rates Do Not Include: In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are long distance phone (unless a property offers a fixed price monthly unlimited long distance calling plan, security/damage/incidentals/activity deposit, extra guest-requested pool, spa service or yard cleaning, personal laundry, extra housekeeping other than noted, food or beverages, CSA Vacation Rental Insurance, lei greeting, airport greeting, transfers, transportation, auto rental, rental bedding, child care supplies, child proofing services, sightseeing, tours, activities, baggage handling at airport or at villa, sports and water recreation supplies, replenishment of paper & soap products other than initial supply, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.

Rates do not include taxes: State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (10.25%), Maui County Transient Accommodations Tax (3.0%), and the combined State of Hawaii and Maui County General Excise Tax (4.712%) are applied to the rental rate and additional charges quoted. If the tax percentages are changed by the State of Hawaii or County of Maui after a reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to collect the additional amounts due.
Standard Policies: Respect the stated maximum occupancy allowed please! This is very important, as all private homes in our collection are the valuable and beloved second homes of individual private owners. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy: REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED. IF GUEST CANCELS THIS RESERVATION, A REFUND OF GUEST'S INITIAL PAYMENT MAY BE MADE, LESS A PRE-DISCLOSED CANCELLATION CHARGE, BASED ON THE GROSS RENTAL AMOUNT AND TAXES ORIGINALLY DUE FOR THE RESERVATION, IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS RE-RESERVED BY ANOTHER PARTY FOR THE SAME DATES AND AT THE SAME RATE.
